The new defibrillator is at the Clogher Heritage Cottage / Forge in Newtown (F12 PF99) and has been funded by the Department of Rural and Community Development.
This is a major asset for local people as well as all the walkers who avail of the Clogher Bog Walks and Newtown Forest Trail. Representatives of the DRCD, the Rural Walks Officer from South West Mayo Development Company, and the Clogher Environmental Group were on hand last week to celebrate the installation.
