Gardaí are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 14-year-old Joseph Phelan who is missing from his home in Ballyhaunis since last Tuesday.

Joseph was last seen at approximately 8.30am on Tuesday morning.

Joseph is described as being approximately 6 feet 1 inch in height with a medium build. He has brown hair and blue eyes. When last seen, Joseph was wearing a light blue hooded jumper, grey tracksuit bottoms, a navy and orange puffer jacket and white Nike runners.

Joseph is known to frequent the Claremorris and Castlebar areas.
