Mayo senior hurler Adrian Phillips has been included in this week’s GAA.ie Hurling Team of the Week.
He is one of two Connacht players selected, with Galway’s Conor Cooney also in the half-forward line.
The Ballyhaunis man starred with 2-2 for Tom Phillips and Dave McConn’s side as they cruised past Louth winning 5-20 to 0-15.

The result meant Mayo will remain in Division 3A for the 2024 season.
Cooney hit 0-4 for Galway in their 4-27 to 1-12 win over Westmeath in Division 1.
Fermanagh, Dublin, Kilkenny and Tipperary had two players each selected.
Laois, Kildare, Kerry and Clare are also represented along with a special inclusion at midfield for Lancashire’s Connor Madden.
