There was joy and heartbreak for Mount Saint Michael Secondary School’s rugby teams in their Connacht finals at The Sportsground this afternoon.

The Cubs are Connacht champions after they defeated Clifden Community School 56-17 in the Junior Girls Schools League Final.

However, the Claremorris school’s All Blacks team lost 39-29 to the Convent of Mercy, Roscommon in the Senior Girls Schools League Final.
