Two Mayo clubs are into the semi-finals of the Connacht Junior Cup following quarter-final action at the weekend.
Westport will travel to Tuam while Ballinrobe will also go on the road to Creggs. Both semi-finals will take place on the weekend of March 4-5.
There will be new champions in 2023 as holders Connemara were defeated 14-12 away to Creggs on Saturday.
Sunday saw the remainder of the semi-finals take place as the visitors Ballinrobe came from behind to beat Galwegians 21-19 in Crowley Park. The South Mayo men were 19-6 down at one stage, but they scored two tries (one unconverted) and a penalty to snatch the victory.
Westport scored two tries as they defeated University of Galway 15-10 at home.
Their semi-final opponents Tuam overcame Dunmore in a fierce local derby in Garraun Park. Two penalties from the boot of Carl Ward was enough to send Tuam through on a 6-0 scoreline.
