Gardaí are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 69-year-old Patrick Rowland who is missing from the Curragh area of Mayo since the early hours of this morning, Tuesday, January 17.

Patrick was last seen at approximately 1am near the Westport Road in Castlebar.

Patrick is described as being approximately 6’3” with a medium build and grey. When last seen, he was wearing pyjamas with a check pattern and a dark t-shirt.

Gardaí and Patrick’s family are concerned for his welfare.

Anyone with any information on Patrick’s whereabouts are asked to contact Castlebar Garda Station on 094 903 8200, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.

The search is also continuing for missing Westport man Martin Phillips, 58. Martin went missing from his home in Westport in the early hours of Sunday morning, January 15.

Martin is described as being 5 foot 7 inches tall with a slim build. He has short grey hair and brown eyes. It is believed Martin was wearing a green rain jacket, beige trousers and walking boots at the time he went missing.

Gardaí and Martin’s family are concerned for his welfare.
