The Gardaí have confirmed that the missing person appeal in respect of Martin Phillips, 58, been stood down following the discovery of a man’s body earlier today, Tuesday, 17th January 2023 in the Westport area.

Martin went missing from his home in Westport in the early hours of Sunday morning, January 15.

The Gardaí would like to thank the public and media for their assistance in this matter.
