The LGFA has this afternoon announced their full fixture schedule for the competition.

Holders Meath will begin the defence of their Division 1 crown with a glamour clash against Leinster rivals Dublin on the opening weekend of the 2023 campaign.

Division 1 of the competition also contains 2022 runners-up Donegal, Galway, Waterford and newly-promoted Kerry.

Mayo’s Lidl National Football League Division 1 fixtures:

Round 1: Home to Cork on Sunday, January 22.

Round 2: Home to Kerry on Sunday, January 29.

Round 3: Away to Waterford on Sunday, February 5.

Round 4: Away to Meath on Sunday, February 19.

Round 5: Away to Dublin on Sunday, February 26.

Round 6: Home to Galway on Sunday, March 19.

Round 7: Away to Donegal on Sunday, March 26.

Final: Saturday, April 15.
