Mayo legend Andy Moran bagged a hattrick and received a Guard of Honour in his final appearance in a Ballaghaderreen jersey today.

The current Leitrim senior football manager scored 3-3 as Ballagh’ retained their senior status for 2023 after they defeated Davitts 6-8 to 2-8 in the Mayo Senior Football Championship relegation semi-final in Claremorris this evening.
Moran won two Mayo SFC titles with Ballagh’ in 2008 and 2012. He also has runners-up medals in 2006 and 2019.
