Two daughters of a Brazilian man are appealing for support to repatriate their father back to his native country.

Cairo Barbosa, Henry Street, Roscommon Town, died suddenly on Wednesday last.

His daughters, Carolinny and Carinny work at Molloy’s Bakery and Fine Food Emporium in Roscommon Town. They have issued an appeal to help the family bring their father back home to Brazil.

In a Facebook post, Molloys  explained that a GoFundMe page had been set up for donations: Fundraiser by Danillo Paz Da Cruz : Help bring Cairo home. (gofundme.com)

He will be very sadly missed by his heartbroken family; his loving wife Camilla, daughters Carolliny and Carinny, son Caiky, granddaughter Emanuelle, parents Nicola and Sebastiao, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends in both Ireland and Brazil.

Cairo is reposing at the Assembly of God Church, Lisnamult, Roscommon, on Saturday from 11am until 4pm.
