Despite opening their campaign with a 2-0 over Clare yesterday evening, Mayo have lost their second game in the Gaynor Cup.

A penalty on 22nd minute from Ursula Shaughnessy and a 48th minute goal from Alana Kelly capped off a dominant performance from the Mayo girls against Clare at the University of Limerick.

However, goals from Katie Norton, Amie Harman and Emma Gaughran meant that Mayo lost 3-0 in their second fixture to MGL North this afternoon.
