An upcoming performance by a Russian ballet company in Castlebar has been cancelled.

The Royal Moscow Ballet was due to perform Swan Lake at the TF Royal Theatre this Friday night, but it has been decided to cancel the event, in light of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Owner of the Royal Theatre, Pat Jennings told Midwest Radio, that all tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase, but they do not know when the show will be rescheduled.
