The Western People and The Irish Times, in partnership with Fort Wayne Metals, are hosting a special online event this Wednesday evening (September 8) to preview Saturday’s All-Ireland senior football final between Mayo and Tyrone.

An expert panel of pundits will preview the final, focusing on the potential match-ups at both ends of the field and dissecting exactly what Mayo need to do in order to end the 70 years of waiting and get their hands on Sam Maguire.

The panel will be hosted by Irish Times sports columnist Malachy Clerkin, and the special guests will be former Mayo footballer and Western People GAA columnist Mark Ronaldson; All-Ireland winning player and manager with Donegal and Irish Times GAA columnist Jim McGuinness; and Irish Times journalist Keith Duggan, author of the acclaimed House of Pain: Through the Rooms of Mayo Football.

Attendance to the live online event is free of charge. To register for the event, which begins at 8pm on Wednesday evening, follow the link below.
