The Seosamh Mac Gabhann Summer School is offering a week of Live online tutorials in traditional Irish music, song and dance again this year from June 28 to July 2.

Pupils will get the opportunity to learn a tune, a song or a dance every day, with each ‘Facebook Live’ tutorial lasting for approximately 45 minutes, facilitated by top-class tutors that have been lined up by the Kilmovee Summer School.

Participants can join tutorials free of charge with no registration necessary, from 10am to 8pm each day via the Seosamh Mac Gabhann Facebook Page. See more information on the flyer above.

All you need to do is log on to the Seosamh Mac Gabhann Summer School Facebook Page at the time listed for your class. Anyone that wishes to do so can make a donation in lieu of class fees towards our chosen charity, the Western Care Association. We have set up a Facebook fundraising event where you can make your donation with full details available on the Seosamh Mac Gabhann Facebook Page.

The week of ‘Facebook Lives’ is provided courtesy of the Seosamh Mac Gabhann Summer School and funded by grants from: The Department of Culture, Heritage and The Gaeltacht, Mayo County Council and Comhaltas.
