A block of apartments and commercial units in Ballinrobe has failed to sell at auction.

Bowgate Court Development contains nine apartments and five commercial units and had a guide price of €350,000. The units went up for auction online having been listed on the website, but the substantial property failed to sell.

It will now be listed on the auction on October 22 giving investors a second chance to acquire the significant development.

The commercial units all have their own door access off the footpath and vary in size. One of the units is presently occupied by a restaurant, while others are vacant and unfinished. These units could suit as service units such as hairdressers, clinics or offices, or alternatively, they could be converted into residential units.

Some of the apartments have private balconies, while all have fully tiled bathrooms, fitted kitchen units and generous living space.
