A block of nine apartments and five commercial units in Ballinrobe, is among lots from 18 counties listed for’s upcoming online auction on Thursday, September 24.

Bowgate Court Development, Bowgate Street in Ballinrobe town centre will go to auction with an advised minimum value (AMV) of €350,000 with on Thursday, September 24.

Bowgate Court Development is a block of nine apartments and five commercial units and is listed with an AMV of €350,000.

The apartments are in need of upgrading, but with a little work can be put back into excellent condition.

A combination of six two-bedroom 80 sq mts apartments and three one-bedroom 50 sq mts apartments are located on the first and second floor.

The five ground floor commercial units all have own door access off the footpath, and vary in size, but they can be changed or modified to specific needs.
