Applegreen has opted to send its Foxford outlet to auction later this month.

One of Ireland’s best-known operators of filling stations has decided to sell one of its Mayo forecourts.
The Applegreen service station in Foxford will go to auction at the end of the month and comes with a guide price of €630,000.
Currently let to the Petrogas Group, a subsidiary of Applegreen, the current lease runs until 2036 and earns an annual rent of €80,000 which is set to increase to €84,000 from next year for a five year period.
The retail unit extends to some 4,725 sq.ft and the total site measures some 0.6 acres upon which is a four pump forecourt and a carwash.
Registration of interest opens on July 15 and the auction, which is being handled by Bidx1, is set for July 30.
