English rock band Elbow has revisited their last live performance, which took place at St Michael’s Church, Ballina, as part of the Other Voices festival, as part of a campaign drawing attention to the urgent situation performers and venues find themselves in the wake of Covid-19.

The #LetTheMusicPlay campaign is calling for a clear timeline for venue reopening and financial support packages and was backed by the group from Bury who wowed Ballina with their acoustic set in February.

Elbow revisited this performance with a special Premiere stream on their YouTube channel showcasing three of their hits that were performed during their North Mayo gig which was well watched by their fans from Ireland and all over the world. If you were in Ballina that evening, it is a wonderful opportunity to revisit the gig and if you weren’t, you can see what you missed out on!
