One lucky young Mayo supporter is in line to receive a very special video call from Mayo star Aidan O’Shea as part of an art competition being run by the Mayo Mental Health Association.

The Association is running a poster competition for national school children in 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th classes. The theme of the competition is ‘kindness’ and children are being asked to design and complete posters that include the words ‘Positive Mental Health’ as well as a slogan of their own relating to the theme.

The prize for the winning poster is a signed Mayo jersey and a video call with Aidan O’Shea. The second and third-placed entries will each receive a €50 voucher for Mayo Leisure Point.

To enter, simply take a picture of the completed poster and upload it to the Mayo Mental Health Association Facebook page. Closing date for entries is Monday, May 25 and all entries will play a part in the design of the Association’s 2021 calendar.
